SaaS spend audits · invoices only

Your clients are paying for software nobody uses.

Revercall reviews a company's software invoices and card statements — nothing else — and returns a line-by-line report of duplicate tools, unused seats, and forgotten renewals. No system access. No IT tickets. Five business days.

Why this keeps happening

Software waste is normal, not rare.

Subscriptions are bought by different people on different cards, renew silently, and nobody owns the cleanup. Industry research on SaaS spending consistently finds the same pattern:

~50%

of purchased software licenses sit idle or underused at a typical company.

70%

of SaaS spend happens outside IT's visibility — bought by individual teams.

10–30%

of total software spend is typically recoverable through a structured audit.

Sources: published industry benchmarks from SaaS management researchers (Zylo, Gartner). Your client's number is found from their invoices, not from a benchmark.
How an audit works

Three steps. No system access at any point.

Send the invoices

12 months of software invoices or card statements, exported from the accounting file you already keep. PDF or CSV, sent by email.

We audit line by line

Every subscription is checked for duplicates, idle seats, plan mismatches, forgotten renewals, and pricing above current market rates.

You get the findings

A plain-English report in five business days: what to cancel, what to downgrade, what to renegotiate, and the exact annual figure recovered.

For accounting & bookkeeping firms

Free white-label pilot audit for one of your clients.

You already have your clients' expense data and their trust. Revercall does the audit work behind the scenes; you present the findings under your own firm's name and look like the advisor who found them money.

First pilot audit is free — no conditions, no card
White-label: your firm's name on the report
After the pilot: performance fee only, split with your firm
If nothing is found, nobody pays anything

Who is behind this

An auditor's habit, applied to SaaS.

I've spent my career in procurement and vendor management, where margins survive only if every invoice is checked against what was actually delivered. Software spend at small companies almost never gets that check — so the waste compounds quietly, year after year.

Revercall is deliberately narrow: invoices in, findings out, fee only on verified savings. No dashboards to install, no sales calls, no access to your systems or your client's systems.

Common questions

FAQ

What exactly do you need from us?

Twelve months of software invoices or card statements for one client, exported from QuickBooks, Xero, or the bank. That's the entire requirement — no logins, no software installs, no calls with the client unless you want one.

Is client data safe?

Yes. We sign an NDA before receiving anything, work only on the files you send, and delete them after the report is delivered. We never contact your client directly — the relationship stays yours.

What does it cost?

The first pilot audit is free. After that, the fee is a percentage of verified annual savings, split with your firm. If an audit finds nothing worth acting on, there is no fee — that risk is ours, not yours.

How is this different from SaaS management software?

Tools like spend-management platforms require system integrations, subscriptions, and someone to operate them. Revercall is a done-for-you audit from documents you already have. One email out, one report back.

Why should we trust a new firm?

You shouldn't have to — that's why the pilot is free and the ongoing fee is performance-only. The report either shows real, verifiable savings on your client's own invoices, or it costs nothing and you've lost only the export.

How long does an audit take?

Five business days from receiving the invoices to delivering the report.

One client's invoices. Five days later, a number.

Email with "pilot" in the subject line and the name of your firm. Nothing else needed to start.
